Ozwell offers group fitness classes and recovery services under one roof. That way, you can work out and recharge in one convenient location. If you’re in a hurry, you can do it all in about 75 minutes. We also offer high-quality childcare and upscale amenities, including an indoor-outdoor dome right on the Monon Trail. It’s the perfect place to upgrade your wellness routine.
You can reserve a class by downloading our app and setting up an account. The Ozwell app is available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Once your account is set up, you can browse our class schedule and reserve your spot. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
For cold plunge, a bathing suit is required. Women may also choose to wear a clean sports bra and bike shorts. It is also required that you shower before using the cold plunge tub, and you are able to use our full-service locker rooms to do so. We recommend wearing athletic clothing while doing compression, as jeans or dress clothes may be uncomfortable during the service. Clothing is optional in the infrared sauna and redlight bed, and complimentary towels are available during these services. All recovery equipment is highly sanitized before and after each use. Yes! We have full-service locker rooms with high-end products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and other general toiletries. Towels and lockers are complimentary and are available for your use while you are at Ozwell.
Yes, we offer towel service for your convenience. Sweat towels, shower towels, and even cold eucalyptus towels are available during your time at Ozwell. Yoga towels are also available for use during yoga classes.
Yes, we have 81 parking spots in our spacious parking lot. We also have bike racks available.
No, we do not have direct access to the Monon Trail.
Yes, classes take place in the dome throughout the year! If you’ve never worked out inside a snowglobe, you should definitely give it a try.
Yes, our open gym is available for members between the hours of 1pm-6pm, Monday through Friday.
Yes, drop-ins are welcome! A drop in class or recovery session is $30. You can book this through the app, online or by calling us here at Ozwell.

For fitness classes, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance, and for recovery services, at least 2 hours in advance. If you cancel within the late cancellation window, a $15 late cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will incur a $25 fee.
We require a 3-month commitment for memberships. After that, you can cancel anytime, as long as you notify us by the 1st of the month, since billing occurs on the 3rd.
If you are moved off the waitlist, the front desk will notify you by text or phone call. If you confirm your spot, you are expected to attend or you will be charged a no-show fee.
Memberships and packages are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased in the studio can be returned within 7 days, with tags attached, for account credit.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late may prevent you from joining the class. For yoga, participants will not be allowed to join after the class has started.

You can reserve a childcare session on the Ozwell app! Before childcare can be reserved on the app, our front desk will need to create a profile for your child and connect them to your account.
Childcare is $7/child for a 1.5-hour session.
